First floor private bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bath. Separate half bath on first floor. Upstairs master bedroom with queen bed shares full bath with loft. Basement with two bedrooms and full bath as well as game room/additional bedroom and separate laundry. Large living room with gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling open to loft above with beautiful windows/light. Light wood throughout. Modern kitchen open to dining room which opens out thru sliding doors to back deck! Spacious back deck with natural gas Weber grill for barbecuing. Perfect Lake Michigan dune cottage! At Stop 2, so close to Washington Park, the Zoo, the splash pad, the Marina, Fish Camp restaurant, and the Lighthouse/Pier. Beach is in great shape here (no seawalls needed, lots of sand). Enjoy the serene back yard view with trees and birds while you sip your morning coffee and plan your day on the beach or out and about. Lots of stuff to do nearby - Outlet shopping, breweries, restaurants, golf, Lake Michigan with it's endless possibilities. We can refer you to top deep sea Lake Michigan Captains for a day of Salmon and Trout fishing. Full internet with WiFi and google pucks to keep the signal strong as well as Roku TV in all rooms.
