The first floor is all about entertainment! It includes a spacious living room with TV, comfortable seating, great for movie nights. Gather around the bar, catch the game on the big screen, or play video games. Step outside through the sliding doors to your private pool and spa—relax on a lounge chair, take a dip, or listen to the nearby waves. There's also a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and en suite bath. This bathroom is also conveniently accessible from the pool and patio areas.
Head to the second floor using the elevator or stairs. This level showcases the other five bedrooms, including the luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, oceanfront balcony, and spa-like master bath with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! We had 7 adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space for us. The house feels luxurious and was definitely the highlight of the stay. It had everything we needed and lots of extras that normally a rental might not have (like additional dishes, games and puzzles, beach toys and accessories, etc). The view from the main living area windows is absolutely incredible! The pool was very nice and a great size. We also walked down to the family pool and had a great time there! The beach access was so nice and even my two year old could walk there on her own! In terms of location, Publix is only about five minutes away which was a life saver. Most of the typical "beach" style restaurants were about 15-30 minutes drive towards either St Augustine or the Flagler beach area. Our favorite was Crabby's and we also liked the White Lion and the Funky Pelican. We did a day trip to St Augustine which was great and there is a lot to explore there. The main attraction is definitely the house itself over the location but it wasn't too far to the other spots! The only issue we had was the heater on the pool and hot tub was not working, but they worked quickly to get it fixed. We really had a great time and I'd definitely recommend this house to others!
