The property is equipped with key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of arrival of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like WiFi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around:
We recommend traveling by car when exploring the picturesque Texas Hill Country and Horseshoe Bay. Our enchanting locale is best navigated by car, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes and natural wonders of the region.

To ensure a serene and delightful experience for all guests, we have implemented the following policies at our property:
Tranquil Environment: We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to promote a peaceful atmosphere. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly request that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum during these hours.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
Strict No Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at this property, without exceptions. Unauthorized pets will result in a penalty of $1,000.
Age Restriction: Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above. Valid identification may be required upon check-in.
Pool Usage Guidelines: The swimming pool can be heated for your comfort at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange pool heating, and refrain from attempting to heat the pool independently.
