We have extensive hurricane damage. We are not expecting to be ready for rentals until at least 2024. Please inquire as to the status of our repairs prior to booking.
Note that construction recently started on a house across the road. We have come to understand that life on a desirable barrier island means that improvement projects are common. Fortunately, our backyard, pool area, and beach are all well-protected and private. However, we want guests to be fully aware of this issue prior to booking.

Catch glimpses of the ocean across the road, accessible by your private access, and enjoy your private beach far from the crowds. Your beach is in the middle of a 2-mile stretch of private homes, so you are nowhere near public beaches or resorts. Tropical landscaping surrounds the home and the back yard, creating a completely private oasis that is fully fenced and secure.
Over 3,500 square feet of outdoor terraces and lanais surround the home and invite you to alfresco meals as you listen to the waves, restful escapes in the shade of the screened lanais, or soaking up the sun by the pergola as you listen to the fountain. There is a full outdoor kitchen in the rear lanai facing the 50' pool.
Included with the home are all the amenities for the Boca lifestyle, including 2 golf carts, 10 bicycles, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, paddle boards, fishing equipment, beach toys, and an outdoor shower to wash off the saltwater and sand. The house will also be prepared with a stocked pantry and essentials like toiletries, condiments, snacks and staples (milk, eggs, butter, etc.), so you don't have to worry about those basic items!
Optional concierge services include daily housecleaning, meal preparation, groceries, and airport transfers. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we do not allow events or large gatherings at the house. Small weddings and gatherings of up to 20 people are permitted for an additional fee of $2,500 and a cash security deposit of $5k. No amplified music is allowed outdoors. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles.
The terms for this property are non-negotiable. It is only available for the published price based on season and minimum length of stay; discounts are not available.

Summary: The house was spectacular. Exactly as advertised. Everything you could possibly need (and more) was available. Having a fully stocked pantry and kitchen was a wonderful plus. The home had all the beach toys, floats, chairs, paddleboards, sunscreen and other beach equipment anyone could ask for. The golf carts were in super condition, as were the bikes and everything else at the home. All you need to bring for a great beach vacation is your swimsuit, a toothbrush, and your beverage of choice. They provide EVERYTHING else. My family definitely plans to return!
