In this modern, peaceful and bohemian inspired space, you will surely unwind, relax and enjoy your vacation to the max. Located in one of the oldest original neighborhoods in Miami you really get a feel for the city and history. There are two houses for you to enjoy-the main house with 4br/2ba, and the back entertainment center with an arcade, air hockey&basketball game, and an at home movie theater with an extra 1br/1ba, kitchen&living room upstairs in the back house. Come have fun.

There are 2 separate buildings. One in the front and one in the back. They are not joined by any walls. You are free to use both buildings.
BUILDING 1: one story house
-Room 1: Queen bed with a private bathroom (sleeps 2)
- Room 2: King bed and smart TV (sleeps 2)
- Room 3: 2 Double Beds and Smart TV (sleeps 4)
-Room 4: 2 Single beds (Sleeps 2)
KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The dining area has seating for 14 with all the necessary dinnerware.
LIVING ROOM:
Big sectional couch and smart TV
BUILDING 2: is a two story house. Downstairs has a movie room and an arcade room with an air hokey table, basketball game, arcade game with multiple games built in.
There is a couch that guests can sleep on. Bedding is in the upstairs closet.
Room is upstairs and has a kitchen & separate living room.
-Room 5: King Bed with private bathroom and Smart TV (sleeps 2)
-Living room: Trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses Smart TV(sleeps 2)

BATHROOMS:
3 full bathrooms 2 in front house 1 in back, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer.
ADDITIONAL AREAS:
The back entertainment center has an air hockey table, classic arcade and basketball game as well as a movie theater room. There is an above ground pool between the two buildings that is for your exclusive use!
PARKING:
Free parking is available in the driveway and in front of the house for up to 4 cars.
WHATS INCLUDED:
Free wifi, Smart TVs, we provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.

The entire house (both front and back units) are for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4pm. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier check-in. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed.
We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb app, however, we only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.
•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or inside bedrooms.

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.
•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.
•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
