Summary: The location is great, very convenient to get anywhere. The condition of the house when I arrived was very good, clean and well equipped. When I was not sure about how to operate some items in the house, I sent email to IIaria and she replied instantly - very helpful indeed. I would say this place is a great value for staying in San Benedetto del Tronto. Certainly, I will stay here again for my next vacation trip.
