A magnificent furnished studio of 27 m2 all in stone, in full nature. Quietly located 5 minutes from shops. Perched villages to visit, Lake St Cassien 10 minutes, Grasse (city of perfumes) 20 minutes, St Tropez 1:30, Cannes and beaches 30 minutes, Nice 45 minutes and Monaco and its Casino at 1:45. Come enjoy the sun of Provence in the heart of nature.
On the property of 2.5 hectares, you will spend an authentic holiday, in the countryside, your house, comfortable, for 2 people, including a small kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a very comfortable bed, a fitting outside with a table and chairs, a hammock and you can enjoy the pool. Free parking space in front of the studio.
We live there, and there is also another small studio of 27 m2 in stone, and a tepee. We have a patou, a cat, 2 Shetland ponies and chickens.
The surrounding activities are, at Lake, paddle boats, sailing, windsurf, stand up paddle, fishing, rowing, and in our beautiful nature, mountain biking, hiking, hiking, or horseback, boat rental on the coast, kitesurf, visit Lérins Islands, Grasse and its perfumeries, and many other things, thank you for asking me and I would advise you on the activities of the region.
