We are the new owners since 2023. For your comfort we have completely renovated the studio (new bedding, doube curtains, air conditioning, kitchen with microwave, shower with thermostatic faucet among others.) In the property, the parking lot is private, closed by automatic gate. The 10X5m swimming pool equipped with a rigid safety roller shutter. The studio is air-conditioned, the floor is tiled. WC separate from the bathroom. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom. The independent studio is on the right end of the house.It has a private terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and electric plancha.
Ideally located in the heart of the hilltop villages of Provence, Callian is a good starting point for visiting Cannes, St Raphael, the Gorges du Verdon, Lac de St Cassian and the entire Fayence region, Grasse the capital of flowers and perfume.
