Captain’s Lake House is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath luxury home situated on the Orlando Lakes in an exclusive community with many celebrity residents that value privacy. You now have the opportunity to join them in this area that holds some of the most impressive real estate anywhere (including the nation's LARGEST home at 91,000 square feet!). In your perfectly appointed custom home, you will be treated to a king sized master bedroom ‘retreat’ on the main floor (where you can duck away for private phone calls and light work or reading), there are 3 additional queen bedrooms and a pull out sofabed in a bonus room, ALL with a beautiful lake views and, a few twin mattresses to allow for sleeping arrangements for up to 12 people. The front of the house holds a comfortable, private office area, as well as formal dining room (which doubles as a boardroom). As you elevate yourself to the 2nd floor, you will find a very large screened in balcony multi-use space overlooking the water. Upstairs also includes a ping pong games area, and a light workout on the elliptical trainer plus free weights. The heart of your home has a luxury Chef Kitchen and pantry, laundry, formal, informal and outside dining areas. The outside fire pit with luxury furniture as well as lakefront and dockside lounging areas are sure to be a treat for maximum enjoyment. You also have kayaks, paddle boards & dockside fishing...not to mention morning coffee in the quiet sunrise. There are 8 exterior cameras on site to ensure optimal safety for you and your group. Summary: We just spent an amazing 13 days in this gorgeous property and would do it again in a second! I stayed there with co-workers while we were working at a convention in Orlando. It was such a gift to wake up in the morning and have coffee watching the sunrise and then come back after a long day to sit out in the breeze by the lake as the sun set and the beautiful night lighting at the house came on. Not to mention the indoor and outdoor kitchens to make awesome meals at home. Add in that the house has tons of great living space and so many different areas to hang out. Mike, Walt and team were wonderful hosts and had some great tips for the area included some delicious pizza at Pizza14 in the little downtown Windermere area It will be very hard to go back to staying at hotels after this experience!
