This newly renovated and decorated vacation retreat boasts two separate homes, with private entrances. The front home has a caged pool area and the back home has a 6 person spa; both are available for all guests to enjoy!

Living space: (front home)
Stylish, open concept living area with comfortable seating, a sofa bed, a large smart TV with access to most of the popular streaming apps (don’t forget to bring your login details!).
The back home offers a smaller version of the same open concept, and the couch can be used as a sofa bed.
Kitchen:
The kitchens are well equipped for your vacation needs and include a Keurig coffee maker/drip coffee maker combo, blenders (for those healthy morning smoothies or evening cocktails!) and toasters, along with all new stainless-steel appliances.
The breakfast bar in the front home seats four, along with a separate dining table that seats four.
The back home offers a dining table setup to accommodate four.
Bedroom 1: (front home)
The main bedroom has a King size bed, plenty of clothes storage space with a dresser and walk-closet, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 1: (back home)
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet and dresser storage space. There is also a smart TV in this room.
Bedroom 2: (front home)
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of clothes storage space with a dresser and a closet, and a smart TV.
Bedroom 2: (back home)
This room has a twin bunk bed with twin trundle underneath, along with a dedicated desk area complete with desk lamp and three stools. There is a smart TV in this room.
Bedroom 3: (front home)
This room has a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle beneath. There is a smart TV in this room.
Den/office area: (front home)
This room offers a queen sleeper sofa and a designated desk area complete with desk lamp and chair. There is a smart TV in this room.
Guest Bathroom: (front home and back home)
Spacious and well appointed, there is a tub/shower combination, single vanity and starter supplies of basic toiletries.
Outside space:
There is a large screed pool area attached to the front home that contains a cascading spa feature. There is a dining table for 6, a lounge seating area to accommodate 6 and two chaise lounge chairs. The back home offers a private patio space that has a table and chairs seating four. This is also where you will find the 6 person hot-tub for relaxing! Both homes offer a gas grill for all of your BBQ or grilling wants! We’re pretty sure these will be your favorite spots!
We know that packing space is at a premium, so for those essential Florida beach days, we have provided 2 coolers, and beach towels along with beach chairs and a beach umbrellas designated for each home. There are also 2 adult bikes with locks for your local exploration!
This home is professionally managed year-round.
Guests will have full access to the property. There is parking for 2 cars in the back, in front of the smaller home. There is parking in the single car garage and driveway for the front home.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

This is one of three sets of homes (front and back) in a quiet Bonita Springs neighborhood situated a block off of Old 41 and only a couple of miles from the beautiful sugar-sand Bonita beaches. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and places to shop, rent kayaks and additional bikes if wanted.
The beaches are a couple of miles from the house. There are plenty of bike rental places nearby, as well as kayak rentals as you head down Bonita Beach Rd towards the beach. Uber and Lyft are available. There is parking in front of the first unit (in front of the garage) as well as in front of the back unit and along the driveway to the right of the home.
Noise:
There are other vacation units on either side, so please be aware that you may hear the occasional noise from the guests staying next door.
Pets:
We will consider hosting your furry family member (dogs only under 30lbs), but PLEASE inquire first, before booking. This is a small home and larger dogs will not be considered. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times. One dog per booking.
Minimum age required to book is 25
No pets without prior permission. We will consider hosting the furry member of your family (dogs only - no cats), but need to know a little about them first, so please inquire BEFORE booking. There is a weight limit of 30lbs and we will not accept any dangerous breeds or larger dogs. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please always pick up after your pet and dispose of the bags (tied) in the general waste can at the side of the house. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds or in the pool or spa/sauna.
Please be aware that guests in the other vacation units may be vacationing with their pets. It is important to keep your pet leashed at all times. The yard is NOT fenced.
This is someone's home in a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors and their children by quieting music and outdoor conversation before 8 am and after 9pm
No smoking in the houses or on the patios (out of respect for guests in the other units). Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Parking is available in the back driveway space in front of the smaller Casita, along the sides of the homes or in front of the garage of the first Casa. Please ensure your cars are only parked within your designated driveway and parking areas.
Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay, and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
