This property is located in the newest residential area in Tulum and the closest to the beach. Región 15 is still under development but Av Kukulcan connects easily the town with the beach stripe. Please note the neighborhood is still developing and not all roads are paved. Just a few minutes away, Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood offers the best mixture of wellness, cafes, and international flare. Sip a drink at one of the many sidewalk cafes, choose from a variety of international restaurants, and browse the many shops and boutiques.
