Positive: The location with the view of the volcano is amazing! Be advised, it is very remote with no power and sometimes no running water! As soon as you book you get asked if you want a package deal (consisting of full board, accommodation, transport and activities) or book anything separately! I did all separately hence it was a little bit more complicated! Mike did manage to work out activity and transport for me! It is also more expensive as a solo traveller!
Negative: Communication was not always thorough and many things that I communicated were missed or not answered on. However this may be a difference in communication styles! Also be advised that you are not necessarily staying in the tree house, as there is also two additional bungalows available.
