Ftan, a hamlet of Scuol, is a charming village situated at 1,650 metres above sea level and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. It offers a wide range of activities, both in summer and winter. It is the only village, apart from Scuol, to enjoy direct access to the Motta Naluns ski area. We are offering a lovely 3-bedroom holiday flat on the ground floor of a detached house in Ftan-Grond, suitable for 4–5 people. The flat is situated slightly above Ftan-Grond in a quiet, sunny spot. The wooden seating area, with a superb view of the fantastic Engadin mountains, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. A reserved parking space is available.
It is about a 5-minute walk to the post office and the chairlift. In winter, when snow conditions are good, you can ski directly to the holiday flat via the valley run on an ungroomed slope.
Shopping facilities are nearby and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
The unique Bogn Engiadina mineral baths in Scuol are always well worth a visit. You can use the regular bus services to Scuol free of charge with your guest card.
