This is Florida. In addition to beautiful white sand beaches, you will also see Mother Nature’s bugs, birds, frogs, lizards, and butterflies. Please keep the doors & windows closed to keep them from sharing your rental and to conserve energy.
Please note that all entry/exit is through the keypad door in the driveway. Other exit doors are to remain closed and locked.
Fireplace is for aesthetic purposes only. Do not turn on/use.
Guests have access to all rooms, except for the locked closet (owner's closet) in the kitchen and the locked storage closet in the laundry room.
WIFI AND HOME SECURITY SYSTEM
The cottage is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and home security to enhance your experience. Please do not tamper with the equipment.
TELEVISIONS
Our televisions are equipped with many free channels for your enjoyment, or feel free to sign into your Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc. accounts for a more personalized watching experience.
Please do not tamper with any cables or connections behind the TV to avoid disruption or damage to the setup.
AROUND THE KITCHEN
Please scrape and rinse dining ware off all food debris before placing into dishwasher.
Please avoid pouring grease down the drain, as it could cause build-up/clogging. Guests will be responsible for any repair.
Please dispose of your garbage in the garbage bins provided. Please make sure that garbage is properly bagged to prevent leaks.
If you are unsure about the proper disposal of any specific items, please reach out to your host for guidance to ensure proper waste management.
If needed, we provide a broom and dustpan for indoor use only.
LAUNDRY
2 complimentary detergent pods and dryer sheets are provided for use at the cottage.
Please thoroughly shake out (outside and not inside of the home) any sand from garments and/or beach towels before placing them inside of laundry machines.
CLOSING OUT RESERVATION
To accommodate same day rentals, late check outs are not allowed - sorry, no exceptions.
Be sure to collect all your personal belongings from the rental.

Press unlock button on microwave to open door after use. Do not attempt to force door open.
Toaster
Turn knob all the way to the left to cancel toasting before cycle is done.
Electric Kettle
Press down button on the back of kettle after placing water inside.
Kettle will automatically shut off once it has reached the maximum temperature.
Bathroom 1 (between bedrooms)
Switch for ceiling light and bathroom vent is located directly outside of the door on the left wall.
Bathtub Handles
Move handles to the left and right to adjust water temperature; they cannot be turned left or right.
