The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, 30 minutes away from Englewood or Venice beach. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Great for multi generational groups, something for everyone to do.
Home has a spacious and cozy living room for you to gather for game nights or to cuddle up after the beach and watch a movie, large dining area along with a quaint breakfast table, garage has a pool table, foosball table, and bikes for evening rides around the neighborhood. Heated 32x15 size pool!
North Port Aquatic Center is a short 8 minute drive with fun for the whole family!
Warm Mineral Springs is a 15 minute drive from the home!

Summary: It is a beautifully listed home, but poorly maintained. Response from host was not up to the mark. Pool wasn’t getting filtered, wasn’t circulating water, was foul smelling.- not usable. Kids were frustrated with this. Bathrooms drainages were clogged in the sink and tub. Latches were broken. Backyard lights and patio lights were not working. Lower bunk bed had ants. Overall not up to the standards
