• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week.They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• We provide a BBQ.Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied.We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
•We have a boat dock with slip available. Please note that parking your boat and using the lift incurs an additional fee of $30 per night, charged for the entire stay,and must be paid before the check-in date.The boat lift will be locked.
