Summary: My husband and I stayed at this property for a business trip along with some friends. The space was exactly what we needed as we were 2 miles away from our venue and within 20 mins from the airport and all other fun activities like going to the beach, the casino and the boardwalk. The grocery store is five mins away and our space supported 7 people’s various meals and food prep. The house itself was decently sized but only has one bathroom, so our team needed to navigate around that. There were a few quirks about the space itself (ex: some fixtures not having connected light switches, etc.) and we found that micro ants enjoyed coming through the walls to grab our food. However, this last point, was nothing a little ant repellent couldn’t fix. One additional thing I really loved about the place was that the backyard was spacious enough to support my German Shepherd mix Service Dog and her needs. With everything being on one floor, the space was very accessible and easy to navigate and the neighborhood was (for the most part) safe and quiet. The host was very responsive during our stay and made checking in and out very easy. Overall, I would rate this location a 4/5 and would recommend this spot to any other visitor.
