This charming five bedroom villa is located in a peaceful cul de sac in the popular gated community of Tuscan Hills in Davenport, which is located on Highway 27 and a short hop to the local supermarkets, restaurants and the 192 leading to the Walt Disney World parks.
The home boasts two master suites with en-suite bathrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and so is ideal for anyone wishing to avoid the stairs. With three queen bedrooms and two twins there is ample sleeping accommodation for family groups. All the bedrooms have flat screen televisions for your enjoyment.
The family room has comfortable seating and dining space. Enjoy family movie night on the wall mounted flat screen television while the kids are also sure to enjoy the pool table.
Florida law - guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pool Policy: A private pool with spa is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool and spa heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool and spa heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
