Situated on 7 acres in a beautiful county setting, (10 minutes East of CL, 3 hours NE of Edmonton) is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the tranquillity or take advantage of the many amenities in the area. Less than 10 minutes to French Bay Provincial Park/boat launch, Grand Centre Golf & Country Club & Kinosoo Ridge Ski Hill. Cold Lake provincial park, Kinosoo beach, the marina are only a short drive away. Fantastic fishing on Cold Lake.

Summary: Had a wonderful weekend retreat. The accommodations were quiet clean and spacious. The hot tub was an added special bonus and there was lots of firewood for Evening fires.Overall we had a great time in the cold lake region.
