Guest use of firepit and/or BBQ is at their own risk and must be tended by a responsible adult. Grill and firepit must remain in-place outside at all times.

Note* Firewood must be kept in the fire wood storage unit located nearby. No firewood is to be placed on the porch, against the house or inside. Thanks for helping us keep the pests away.
Stays longer than 12 days require a mid-stay housekeeping visit. Fresh linens, retrieval of used towels, general cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms as well as surface dusting and floors are included in this visit. Security box available attached to the primary closet wall.
Evidence of Confetti, excessive glitter, smoking/vaping and/or animals on the property will result in additional cleaning charges against the deposit. Thank you for respecting our home.
