The home sits on a fairly busy street with a fenced front yard and a large, fully enclosed relaxing backyard. Being in the middle of it all in a premium downtown location that is centrally located to popular attractions does mean hearing the urban hustle and traffic noise during certain times of the day.
We provide disposable earplugs and a noise cancellation machine in every bedroom; however, if you are a light sleeper or noise adverse, this home is not for you.

- What are check-in and check-out times? 3PM check-in | 10AM check-out.
- Is there an age requirement? Yes. You must be 21 or older to book a stay with us. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- How do I access the property? You will be assigned a unique door code that will be sent to you before arrival. There is a keypad on the entry door where the code is entered to access the property.
- What is provided with my stay? There is a full kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, and waffle maker. The property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring cups & spoons, and more. The home has a duo K-cup and drip coffee maker as well as basic spices (olive oil, salt, pepper).
There are bath towels, bed linens, and additional blankets. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, a dish sponge, paper towels, and dish detergent pods. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash.
The laundry room is equipped with starter laundry detergent pods, iron, and ironing board.
- What is the maximum number of guests allowed? 8 guests are allowed.
- Can I bring my pet? This is NOT a pet friendly home; therefore, no pets of any kind are allowed. Guests bringing pets on property will be assessed a $300 penalty fee.
- Do the TVs include cable service?
The TVs are in Guest Mode which allows you to log into your favorite streaming services with the peace of mind knowing that you'll be automatically logged out at the end of your stay. There is also a free tv option through the Roku Channel if you prefer.
- Bugs? Florida is a tropical climate. This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. It happens. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for occasional bugs in the house.

Cameras: Working outward-facing outside cameras are located on the front, side, and back of house. The doorbell camera records video and audio. There are no indoor cameras.

Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when payment has been received. We strongly encourage our guests to buy travel insurance for coverage in the instance that interruptions force your stay to be canceled.
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.
