This lovely second floor, 2/2 condo is located in the South Fort Myers area just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and the quiet Cape Coral Yacht Club. The view from your private lanai is that of the tropics with its lush vegetation and wonderful variety of wildlife.
The living room has leather furnishings seating 6, including a leather recliner, an adjoining den/TV room has a leather couch and two leather lounge chairs, 50 in flat screen, HD smart TV and blue ray player, hi speed internet and Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, desk, 32 in TV, walk in closet and in-suite bath and walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and adjacent bathroom.
There is queen size pull out couch in the living area with an extremely comfortable 3 inch memory foam mattress topper which can sleep 2 additional.
The fully equipped kitchen has full size appliances including a large microwave oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, garbage disposer, single and 12 cup coffee makers as well as all cooking utensils and dishes. A full size washer and dryer is located on the lanai. Four beach chairs are available. A 50 in HD flatscreen Smart TV and Blu Ray DVD is in the den/tv room and hi speed internet and wi/fi is available.
You can walk to two heated pools, one of which is for adults only, and enjoy a leisurely swim, lounge in the sun, use the dry sauna or large hot tub. If you prefer, take a walk on the paved walkway around "Crystal Lake" or take your fishing pole to the deck and try your luck. Recently reconditioned tennis courts are available for your use. After a busy day relax on the screened east facing lanai for a nap or quiet dinner.
There is plenty to do in the immediate area too.
Lakes Park across the street, offers hiking and biking trails through the 279 acre facility comprised of numerous lakes, playgrounds, spray park and even a small railroad for the children. Wildlife is abundant among the lush vegetation and alligators sun on the banks of the waterways. Adjacent to the park is a wonderful miniature golf course.
Golf courses abound and a small executive course is located less than a quarter mile away.
Enjoy live theater and concerts at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Center just minutes away. The Immokalee Casino is a short drive away as is the Bonita Greyhound racing track.
Restaurants abound to satisfy every taste, many specializing in fresh caught seafood from the nearby Gulf of Mexico. Shopping is close by with several large malls and a plethora of specialty shops, consignment stores and the largest flea market in southwest Florida. A grocery store can be accessed without even going out to the main highway.
For even the most discriminating shopper there is a plethora of shopping malls, outlet malls, specialty shops and markets to satisfy any taste. If flea markets are your fancy Ft. Myers is home to some of the largest in SW Florida. An hour and half drive gets you to the Florida Everglades National Park with abundant opportunities to see alligators, numerous birds on hiking and biking trails, guided tours or air boat rides. The Key West Express catamaran offers 2 1/2 hour day trips to Key West, the southern most point in the USA and famous for its eclectic old Florida architecture, sunsets and just plain fun!
