Summer's Place is perfect for a little get away when you need one. We can accommodate 8 guests in our 1300 sqft beach house by the Gulf. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, you are sure have the space and comfort you need. The private back yard is fully fenced, providing peace of mind with pets and kids.
Relax and let loose in the evening by the fire pit or enjoy your morning, caffeinated beverages on the back patio.
All bedrooms are on the upper level of the home. The master bedroom with en suite includes the work space for those final emails and pre planning days. The second bedroom sleeps four with two full sized beds. The third bedroom has twin over twin, bunk beds with detachable ladder, which sleeps two. Should you be traveling with an infant/toddler, we do offer a pack n play with linens & a blanket, of which you will find in the closet of this room.
Do not miss your must see programs on any smart tv in the house! Connect to the wifi on your smart devices and other electronics.
Have a friendly ping pong tournament in the garage or relax in the cozy living area with a good book.
You will find two full baths on the upper level and the half bath on the first level.
All bathrooms have simple amenities to include shower products and cotton sticks. A limited supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags are provided to get you started. The linen closet will be fully stocked for your stay with all bathroom linens which includes black cloths for make up removal, as well as beach towels. Help yourself to the personal amenity basket of miscellaneous items you may have forgotten.
Traveling with your pet- there is a pet fee of $100 per approved pet. We keep two large bowls under the kitchen sink for your use. We also keep pet waste bags in the pantry. Out back you will locate the scooper to help clean up after your pets, we greatly appreciate that you do!
*Please Keep in mind, if you fail to inform us ahead of your arrival that you are traveling with your pet, we reserve the right to TERMINATE your reservation early OR charge a fee of $100 per pet in addition to the original pet fee.
Laundry machines are in the garage, feel free to use them. Also hanging on the back garage door is the iron and ironing board with drying rack just below.

Video surveillance is activated when entering the home which ensures the security of the property. We have an electric entry system of which you will have your own numeric code to access the property.
Yard maintenance will be completed, front and back of the property each week, for a brief amount of time. Should you be living with us at this time, we will try to avoid the back yard to ensure your privacy.
Parties and events are not permitted on our property. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Illegal activity in or on the property is not tollerated and will result in an immediate termination of the reservation.
