This studio is within 4 miles of the beach and offers a private jacuzzi to make a couple's getaway or friend's weekend a relaxing experience. The murphy foldout bed with full-size mattress allows for more mobility in this pelican designed studio. Additional sleep space comes in our twin size futon if need be. (If you're on the taller side, please contact Stephen and we can discuss options). The Pelican Pad is snuggled between Dunedin/Clearwater and St Pete. Our guests often comment on how everything is so close. Nature lovers can visit our many parks, the Botanical Gardens, as well as restaurants, grocery stores and much more.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with an air fryer, portable hot plate, blender, and microwave to whip up a tasty meal. latware, plates and barbecue utensils. Kick back with a complimentary bottle of wine and cocktail/shot glasses. Inside the mini-fridge you will find a starter pack of water, carbonated drinks, and a couple beers to kick things off.
The Pelican Pad if you want to chill, and read our magazines. The washroom is truly my favorite. You enter, through the barn door. The vanity is a mid century modern piece we picked up. Down the wall, like a waterfall of penny tile, flows down and across the vanity, down the other side. It continues towards and behind the toilet. Super cool. The shower with square blocks of natural stone, and a shower head with a hand held, that is soft conditioned water. Out side, just outside the entry door, is your private jacuzzi. On the Patio, you find a teak table to eat you fantastic meals. you have your personal propane grill if you want to barbeque. Last, but not least, is our guest customer service. If you need something, I always will try to make myself available. You will usually get a lightning fast response!
