This waterfront Key Colony Beach vacation rental features all the amenities you will need for your ideal fishing trip including 40ft of docking and quickaccess to the open ocean. Easily reach the Gulf side by using theVacaCut Bridge.It's ideal for kayaking, boating, fishing and more. Bring the kids and let them explore the local playground head over to Sunset Beach and enjoythe exquisite sunset.
The enclosed Florida room out back is where you'll spend most of your time at the home. Relax and appreciate the warm ocean breezes as you watch the sunset over the water after a hard day of vacation in paradise.
Inside the home you will find a comfortably appointed living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen just waiting for you to cook up your fresh catch of the day. The three bedrooms feature a two King sized beds and a queen with bathrooms conveniently located by each one.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest,this includes children & infants.
This home is not pet friendly.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"Great home and location. Pool, dock and amenities were as described. Manatee came up to the dock multiple times. Key Colony is a very nice area in Marathon and we will return."

"We had a wonderful stay at Coral Cottage. The house was clean upon arrival and had most everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! A few things that would have been even better; the kitchen needed more dish towels, pot holders, and storage containers. In addition, a dust pan was missing from the broom. All in all, it was a wonderful week!"
