The property is situated on a hill of the condominium facing the blue of the sea. There is an independent access door from the terrace to the kitchen (equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee machine) and a living room with a couch and a bose speaker. 4G-WI-FI. At the first level, are the two rooms (Matisse room, where one wall is purple, and Smurf room, which recalls the blue of the sea). Both rooms have a direct sea view.
