House Molin of Sotu with a capacity for six people, has three bedrooms, two doubles and one double, three bathrooms, a corridor, living room with fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped) kitchen and heating the mill where formerly there was ground the corn two mills are still preserved, the rest occupied by a dining room with fireplace.
This ready, carefully and warmly decorated and splendid views of the Sierra del sueve, to enjoy nature's splendor.
Outside is a typical Asturian granary and barbecue, with a hectare of land, trees of various kinds, (apple, walnut, palm trees, etc ....), gardens, playground and parking, just a few meters from the house passes the river (Espasa).
In the surrounding find many beaches just 1. 5 km where you can make surfing, swimming, diving, fishing ... is also possible to hike the beautiful cliffs bordering the sea, the nearby mountains, valleys .. sea kayaking and river sealed with the route of the famous regattas.
Near the house the Jurassic Museum (Muja) is located between the towns of Colunga and ballasts, the Cistercian monastery of Valdedios, jewel of Romanesque Asturian, the shrine of Covadonga, one of the most significant places in Asturias, the caves of Tito Bustillo (Ribadesella), one of the great shrines of Paleolithic art in Europe.
