Welcome to our 3rd Floor Bonita Bay Condo with Elevator Access in the Gated Community of Wild Pines. This vacation rental is the largest floor plans and sleeps up to 7 comfortably. It is equipped with high-speed internet and cable television in both bedrooms and the living area. A 55" television is available in the living area with Apple TV included for streaming. There are 42" televisions in both bedrooms. New furniture was purchased throughout the property in 2019 - including the entire outdoor lanai area. New bed frames, night stands & comfortable mattresses for both bedrooms were upgraded at that time. You'll find a King bed in the master bedroom & a Queen and Twin bed in the guest bedroom. Laminate flooring was installed throughout the property, so there is no carpet in the condo. A new sleeper sofa & accent chairs were added in the living room and the dining room received a new table & chairs. All bedrooms received new linens and the kitchen was fully re-stocked with new kitchenware as well.
The location of this condo is close to the pool and hot tub amenity area for easy access. There is an elevator in the building & plenty of parking in the parking. This community offers unique amenities like a full-service marina, restaurant and private beach within a short drive (4 miles) with free parking, chairs, umbrellas, restrooms & showers. You will enjoy 3 onsite parks and a private beach park which can be accessed by shuttle during season.
*The private beach / shuttle services are set to re-open in 2025.
The owners allow tenants to rent their 2005, low mileage, Honda pilot on an availability basis (see photo in the listing) for $35/day + $100 set up fee, Plus additional rental fees. Please inquire for the specific details & availability.

The pond is a stone’s throw away from the back door of the condo for fishing. A swinging bench rests on its bank for relaxation & wildlife viewing as well.
Located outside Bonita Bay's gates is an abundance of restaurants & shopping to the North & South of along the U.S. 41 highway corridor. Within walking distance is 'Promenade at Bonita Bay', which is a newly developed array of restaurants & retail shops that are located directly in front of Bonita Bay. The Promenade restaurants & retail shops were built for the residents of Bonita Bay as an additional convenience & amenity. Directly across the street from Bonita Bay is a Publix grocery store as well as a Fresh Market, Amoco gas station, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabbas, & a Dairy Queen.
