Perfect getaway cabin nestled in the woods. Milo’s Place is just what any guest needs for relaxation in the North Georgia Mountains. Sitting on 1.91 acres of woods surrounded by nature, this cabin is cozy and offers all the amenities of home in the mountains with only a five-minute walk to Fightingtown Creek. As you walk in you will find an open living, dining and kitchen area with a large rock, wood burning fireplace that can be used during the months of Oct.-Mar Dish Network and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a second with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have Dish Network and flat screen TVs. The bathroom has a large tile shower and granite countertops. The cabin offers central heat and air, free WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher and much more. Step outside to the screened, covered gazebo and relax in the hot tub after a day of adventure. The large fire-pit sits in the woods in front of the cabin with plenty of seating and even a swing to enjoy the sounds of the fire. There are two covered porches with a gas grill and rockers just for some relaxin. Off the beaten path just minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Blue Ridge, GA and Ellijay, GA. The outdoor activities are endless in the North Georgia Mountains where hiking, kayaking, tubing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and zip-lining are all right at your fingertips. You can also visit the waterfalls or take a more relaxed approach and enjoy a great meal at one of the many wonderful restaurants or breweries located in downtown Blue Ridge or Ellijay. Do not forget to take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, be entertained at the Big Foot Museum or step back in time at the local Swan Drive-in Theatre. There is something for everyone in the mountains! This cabin includes linens, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, towels, wash cloths, and we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels and trash bags. For an extended stay we suggest you bring a supply of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent.
