This 5 bedroom 3 bath natural wood house was recently updated with HVAC, updated kitchen, and a general facelift. The large living room with stone fireplace is the perfect place to enjoy friends and family...or retreat to the peaceful covered porch with rocking chairs, porch swings, and a view of lookout mountain. A large backyard is perfect for grilling, corn hole, or even an outdoor movie night. Located in the center of Montreat, Idlewood is an easy 3-5 minute walk to Lake Susan, tennis courts, the barn, and dozens of hiking trails.
Location - Idlewood is centrally located in Montreat. We are walking distance to everything in Montreat (tennis, Lake Susan, Robert Lake Park, etc), a 5 minute drive to Black Mountain town center, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville and Biltmore.
