Guests enter the backyard from the alley through the back gate, where they will find the entrance to the accessory dwelling unit (ADU). We'll give you a code to use for both the gate and the ADU doors, which will allow you to enter the building and access the locked-off guest space upstairs.
Parking is not available on the property, but on-street parking is a short walk down the alley.
Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the property outside. We love your animals, but please no pets due to severe allergies of those who reside here.
