Walking in you will immediately notice the high-end, coastal-style furniture & furnishings that are designer-curated and all brand-new for 2023. Your eye is then drawn back to the sun-drenched 1,200sf screened-in lanai and pool/spa area. Perfect for entertaining and outfitted with all new outdoor furniture including a new sofa & lounge chairs, dining table & grill- you might just live out there! Our main indoor living area features a 75” TV equipped with Hulu Live at the touch of a Roku remote just steps away from our fully-fitted stainless steel appliance kitchen. Take it all in- your own private resort in paradise!
3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 in comfort & style. Master Suite: King bed, 55” smart TV, desk, ensuite bathroom & large walk-in closet. Guest Suite 1: King bed, 50” smart TV & sit-stand desk. Guest Suite 2: two twin beds & 50” smart TV. Park in the attached 2-car garage and you are welcome to borrow our beach toys/chairs. Close to so many things to do! All within 1-4 miles from our home: Beaches, Parks (several including sports and playgrounds), Shopping (Venetian Village, grocery, Coastland Mall, 5th Ave/3rd St), many restaurants, Naples Zoo and Tin City (boat tours leave from here). We strongly recommend travel insurance as we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
