Summary: We loved our stay in the Osprey at Destin West Bayside. We have been coming to this development for over 20 years (we watched it being built), and this is the best experience we have had. Love that all we had to do upon arrival is enter our unit (no front desk check in). Unit was ready and clean. Best ever story: we had an issue with the washing machine. I was able to text someone who replied right away. Someone came to fix it, and when the machine could not be fixed, they showed up and installed a new washing machine very quickly while we were at lunch. Wow! That is impressive. Thank you for the great vacation experience.
