All three bedrooms are located down one hallway, offering a cohesive and connected layout. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and a trundle bed with two twins in the third—perfect for families or small groups.

Guest Access:
You will receive a unique digital access code on the day of check-in around 3:30pm. The home is equipped with a digital keypad lock on the front door. Enter your code to unlock the short-term rental. To lock, simply press the lock icon. There is an emergency lockbox with keys in the event of a malfunction.

The booking guest will be required to complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out a check-in form, and elect to pay for damage waiver protection plan or security deposit prior to receiving check-in instructions. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
