When you book this unit you are acknowledging that you understand and are aware of these conditions, which include:
(1) pool is closed until June 2024
(2) beach access is currently closed due to hurricane damage; to get onto the
beach you will exit the building and walk about 100 yards to the south to the public
access at Seagull Park
(3) The hallway from the lobby, game room, card room, and public restrooms will
remain closed until the remodel is completed.
