Newly remodeled and under new management (June 2021), this spacious four bedroom, two full bathroom, private pool home is set in Davenport ( 20 minutes drive to Disney) in the Westridge Manor gated sub-division and can be your dream vacation home for the price of a decent hotel room. The property has two living rooms, both formal and casual dining areas and a spacious kitchen with all utilities provided. The floors are tiled throughout. The master suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom .The other three bedrooms are in a separate wing for privacy and share access to the second full bathroom. The property can comfortably sleep up to eight people. There is a 55" screen Roku TV in the living room, a 45” smart TV in master bedroom and free Wifi is provided, in this work-friendly home. Come enjoy the warmth and beauty of Florida sun on the large screened sun deck and pool.
Publix (grocery), Dollar Tree, is 5 mins away, or use the 24 hour Wal-Mart that is less than 10 mins away. The 192 Hwy area has endless restaurant options from fast food to buffet style, family and fine dining.
