Roy Young had 40 acres to develop Tampa's first suburb three miles north of downtown. He called it Seminole Heights. This beautifully-remodeled bungalow has three spacious bedrooms, all complete with table-side lamps with USB ports, name-brand mattresses and linens, 43” flat-screen TVs, and minimalist artwork.
The first bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, covered in high-end linens and cozy accent pillows. Guests in this room can binge-watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV without ever having to leave their bed. There is also a dresser so you can unpack your belongings and make yourself at home, and a private bathroom for added convenience.
The second spacious bedroom is similar to the first, with a king-sized platform bed and TV. The third bedroom doubles as the game room and has a comfortable queen-sized bed and gaming console, making it the perfect bedroom for video game fans.
