5 Bedroom House in Key Biscayne
This is our own house. We have invested a huge amount of time, effort, love and money in this house. We are expecting you to enjoy it and treat it as it was your house.
This is not a seasonal house. This is not a second residence. You should expect to see our stuff in the house
1- It is located in Key Biscayne, Miami. An small island paradise roughly 1.5 miles long, 1 mile wide.
2- Beach is less than half mile. Sea is 157 meters away. There are supermarkets (Winn Dixie), gas stations (Shell), plenty of nice restaurants (Kazumi, 900, Milanezza, Origin, Sushi Siam, Costa Med, etc), Pharmacy (CVS), etc in the island.
3- Key Biscayne is relaxed and calm, perfect for families willing to enjoy the weather Miami has to offer. It is NOT the place for people partying at night (There are not clubs around and no nightlife outside private gatherings). We respect sleep time.
4- Community is well educated and well behaved. It is super safe to live here.
5- This house is our main residence, it is not a seasonal house with Ikea furniture. We are expecting you to treat and enjoy the house as if it was your house.
6- You should expect to see our stuff around the house even though you’ll have your own space, wardrobes, etc.
7- We have 4 kids. There are plenty of toys they use: bikes, skates, games, trampoline, basketball, etc. We are fine if your kids use them.
8- The house is a little over 2000 sq ft. Lot is 7500 sq ft with front yard and back yard.
9- There are 5 bedrooms (one of the them as toy room right now) and 3 bathrooms.
10- It has been totally remodeled in May 2021 including brand new kitchen, new floors, new pipes, new lights, new bathroom, painted etc.
11- The house has private pool with weekly maintenance on Wednesdays.
12- There is a nice patio in the backyard.
13- There is A.C. There is a gas BBQ. We have umbrella and Tommy Bahama beach chairs.
14- All the backyard has artificial grass and there is a brand new pool fence.
15- You can play soccer, play golf (net and putting green) or exercise (yoga, trx, etc).
16- There is a cool light around the fence at night. Pool also has light at night.
17- Internet speed is 1000mgb. There are 4 big TVs, one of them outdoor that you can watch from the pool. We are cordless, TVs work on internet.
18- If you assume responsibility you can use our trampoline, our bikes, our surf boards. We do have a golf cart that we rent or include in the price.
19- The kitchen has a super cool island and we are expecting you to enjoy as much as we do if you like to cook.
20- We are expecting you to use the BBQ and enjoy it
21- There might be mosquitos at sunset. We live in an island surrounded by mangroves
22- We pay a flat fee fumigation service indoor. They come as many times as we want. House will be treated before your arrival. If you leave food you could find ants or a dead cockroach.
23- Master bedroom has direct access to backyard. The shower at the master bathroom is amazing and cool: hot and strong water.
24- Guests have their own high quality towels and bed linens. They are brand new and we do not use them.
25- We take sanitation very seriously. Professional cleaning team will take care of the house before arriving and after leaving for us much as 10 hours.
26- Preparing the house takes time&money: fumigation, pool, garden, full cleaning, etc. This is why we usually do not rent for less than a week.
27- No smoking and no pets allowed in the property.
28 – There is a fridge that we will leave totally empty and clean and there is a wine cooler and freezer in the Laundry room for extra space.
29 - There is a spice rack with plenty of dressings. You are welcome to use it as much as you want. You can use whatever is in the kitchen
30- Coffee is very important for us. There is a big traditional coffee maker and there is a Nespresso with capsules (yes, you can use them) and there is Starbucks is 200 meters away where you can order online and by the time you arrive your coffee is ready.
