Riverfront property with great view of the river from cottage deck or the gazebo. Access to the river with a shared kayak ramp for fishing, kayaking or other watersports. Close to the Kinzua Dam and other sight seeing spots. Great areas close by for hiking, biking, lots of sightseeing. Wolf Marina on Kinzua Dam rent pontoon boats, Allegheny Outfitters rent kayaks and canoes. Allegheny National forest has lots of state game land for hunting. If you are bringing a riverboat a flat bottom with a jet motor is recommended. We also have free WIFI.

Summary: Very nice, good layout and very clean.great back yard and large deck. The views were awesome, they have a small pavilion with swings, right on the river. And mountains on both sides. Definitely will come back again.
