Positive: Room set up is perfect for families. The breakfast was great - a lot of option and all good. Airport and cruise port shuttle offered.
Negative: The elevator situation has been bad here for years. This trip we was people wait for 15-20 minutes to catch and elevator and saw people get trapped in an elevator that broke. Because at least 2 of the elevators were broken while we were there, it created some huge issues for guests. We ended up having to the the stairs down 10-12 flights of stairs with kids and luggage because of the situation.
Summary: Overall nice hotel but please update your elevator situation
