The neighborhood has undergone a renaissance in recent years in part as a result of the expansion of the Oklahoma Medical Center complex, anchored by the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, on its south side.

The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are pots and pans, plates and glasses, basic cooking utensils, coffee, creamers, and sugar.
Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

Summary: Love the property! Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood. All the basics were supplied and everything was very very comfortable, but don’t look for luxury bedding if that’s your thing. Tons of space for everyone. Huge bonus: you don’t have to spend the morning of checkout stripping beds, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, etc. They do all that!!! Amazing and made things stress free. Would definitely stay again!
