The Upper Barn at Wood-B is an equine friendly vacation rental located on a 35-acre farm in the Farmland Preservation Area of Marion County, Florida. With six stalls and a studio apartment that sleeps up to six, it is the perfect place to stay while vacationing with your horse. We are only 13 miles from The World Equestrian Center and 12 miles from HITS. The Ocala National Forest, Marjorie Harris Cross Florida Greenway and many other riding trails are only a short drive away.
No Horse? No Problem.
We are located less than 2 hours from many Florida attractions. Daytona Beach, Orlando Theme Parks, Gulf Coast Fishing, Swimming with the Manatees in Homosassa and The Space Coast just to name a few. Come back to the farm and enjoy the quiet of country living after the excitement of the day.
Our fully furnished studio apartment will sleep 6 (two sets of bunkbeds, Queen-lower/Twin-upper). Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware; Washer/Dryer; WiFi.
The barn has 6 stalls with floormats, automatic waterers, and fans. Also included is wash rack and access to small turnout paddock. Plenty of room for parking trucks and trailers.
There is an additional charge of $35/horse per day. We can also provide stall bedding for an additional charge. We do not provide any stall cleaning services.
