There are four beautifully designed bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom has one king bed with a smart 70-inch TV & attached en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have one queen bed, one of which has a beautiful full view of the pool. The fourth bedroom is PERFECT for kids (or adults looking for a fun sleeping arrangement!).

There are 2 full bathrooms in this home. The en-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a panoramic mirror, double his and her sinks, a toilet, and shower/tub combo.
★KITCHEN & DINING★
The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Nespresso machine, creamer & coffee pods). The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 6 people, plus an additional kitchen island to seat 6 more.

We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.
Our neighborhood is quiet and private, so we can only accommodate up to 4 cars for parking.

★ No Pets – Our home is allergen-free.
★ Quiet Hours/No Parties – 10 PM–8 AM. (Following Melbourne City Ordinance) Max 14 guests at any time. Noise Aware monitors sound only (no recording). $250 fee for tampering.
★ No Smoking - Strictly inside & outside.
★ Pool Safety – Please rinse sand first, no glass bottles and supervise children at all times.
★ Bugs & Critters – This is Sunshine State Florida. Doors & Windows closed = fewer visitors (mosquitos, lizards, palmetto bugs, etc.) Monthly pest control in place.
★ Florida Weather – Storms may affect plans & amenities. Refunds/cancellations follow Vrbo policy.
