Welcome to this newly produced apartment located in the exclusive Med One in El Higueron, just a stone's throw from the beach and what the city has to offer. El Higueron is an exclusive and area on the Spanish Costa del Sol, just a 15-minute drive from Malaga Airport.
The Space:
Here you live who enjoy exclusivity and quiet but at the same time proximity to life, entertainment and activities. From Higueron Center where there is a well-stocked grocery store called Carrefour, restaurants and bars, there is a "train" free down through the area to the beach, El Higueron's own beach club and to the train station that takes you to Malaga Airport in 45 minutes. On the 8km long promenade, there are some of the city's best ranked restaurants via Tripadvisor, such as Tablas del Rey, Mias Pizzorante, Los Marinos Jose (mentioned in the Michelin guide)

Guest Access:
When you step into the apartment, you are immediately greeted by the wonderful view from the terrace beyond the open floor plan between kitchen and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is directly to the right as you step through the door, here you have a dishwasher, stove and oven, a fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster and much more to cook during the holidays. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. From the kitchen and breakfast bar you have a dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a large smart TV and internet. From the living room you come out to the wonderful terrace with morning sun and then sun most of the day. (southwest location). On the terrace you have a dining group and a lounge group as well as a modern gas grill. There are two bedrooms where the master bedroom has a large double bed, its own open bathroom and a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage. There is an additional bathroom between the bedrooms. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Gas grill, Smart TV and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
