This is a new, fully renovated, and modernised holiday home in Naples! The holiday home (capacity for 7) contains 3 large and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, 2 have a kingsize bed and one has a queensize bed. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms with showers and a guest bathroom. The master bathroom and guest bathroom are fully equipped with marble tiles and a beautiful rainforest shower, granite counters, and a hot tub in the master bathroom. A sublime living room with an unparalleled view over the lake and pool allows you to relax in style. The modern, spacious kitchen with an adjacent breakfast bar combines with an additional comfortable living room. All the appliances are brandnew: French refrigerator with double doors, oven with ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer! The tastefully furnished dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. In a private office with highspeed Wi-Fi, you can check your e-mails or surf the web. Through large glass sliding doors, you can enter the stately loggia and enjoy dining in the sunshine. The solar-heated pool is some 10 metres long and constantly warm. It offers a superb view of the beautiful lake and the garden with palm trees.
The pool area contains a Weber grill, four comfortable lounge chairs, and a variety of high quality dining and patio furniture. The double garage has room for two vehicles. We also provide two bicycles ready for you to explore the lovely surroundings of Kings Lake and Naples.
The heated pool is in the middle of the 20 x 12 m pool area, with superb sun chairs, walled off from prying eyes. The large cage (aluminium frame with mosquito nets) ensures that no flies, wasps, mosquitoes, or leaves interfere with your mealtime or swim. At night, numerous lamps illuminate the pool area and garden.
You can reach the delightful sandy beach in a few minutes by car or bike.
The villa is located in the magnificent, peacefully situated neighbourhood of Kings Lake with spacious villas and lakes. Very few of Naples' holiday homes are featured in this central, yet peaceful, location.
