Summary: Overall, this property generally met our needs for a week of theme park visits, but the house and property management could use some improvements. On a positive note, the kitchen was modern and well-equipped including a Keurig and newer stainless steel refrigerator. There was an extra full size refrigerator in the garage, which was very useful. The living room furniture was comfortable and appeared new. The master bedroom was nicely furnished. When we checked in, there were some issues with cleanliness including a large patch of an unknown dried white substance on the guest room headboard, dirty light switches, etc. We also learned that the blankets are not washed between guests so we did this on our own. A couple days into our stay, the tile soap dish fell out of the wall in the guest shower leaving a large gaping hole. It took a few days for this to be repaired and we weren’t comfortable using the shower until it was repaired. Communication from the property management company was poor and we had to constantly ask for updates on the repair timing. We enjoyed the use of the small pool. Just be aware that the surface of the bottom and sides of the pool is very rough and a couple people in our party cut their feet on it. The mattress in the master bedroom was miserably uncomfortable with very little support. A couple of beds in the guest rooms were equally as bad. Finally, and this is a lesser concern, the vertical blinds in the living room and master bedroom need replaced and the property would benefit from a fresh coat of paint inside and out.
