The house is perfectly located one block to the Fort Lauderdale beach, modern and clean townhouse perfect for large family or two families over 2100 SQFT of living space.
The home offers a nice open floor plan to accommodate everyone's needs. There's a queen sleep sofa in the front living room with seating for up to seven persons. The back living family room offers a large flat screen TV with seating for up to five persons. The open design of this area allows you to be able to enjoy the pool views from this area of the home while being able to hold a conversation with those gathered around the kitchen. The dining table seats 6-8 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. There is a powder room conveniently located on the lower level. You will also find the washer and dryer located in this area by the garage. The garage offers a Foosball table and a Smart TV for those rainy afternoons.

Summary: We highly recommend this property. The property has plenty of space and has a ton of amenities to accommodate a small or large group. My wife and her parents and our two children (5)(7) and our dog made the trip to this home. They had everything we needed on the stay. The pool was great for us all and is heated which was great. The neighborhood was nice for walking my dog and is close to A1A for a walk by the beach. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the paths and state park close to the home. The beach was not crowded at all where we accessed near the condos across the street. The house made it easy to travel with kids and older people to and from the beach. The garage was nice to store our bikes and beach stuff. The pool was private as the landscaping provided privacy as we swam and had dinner or breakfast on the back porch. Bathrooms were nice and honestly I thought the home looked better in person than the pictures showed. The tenants were very responsive and we had zero issues with anything. This is a great home at a great rate. We liked being in between Lauderdale by the sea and Las Olas too. Being able to travel either direction and be there within minutes but to not have to stay in the larger crowds of people was a bonus. We rode bikes down to LAs Olas a few times for coffee and some shopping. We like quiet stays and a spot where we have privacy on the beach and in the home. This place provided and then some. We cannot wait to visit again!
