This beautiful coach home is located in Fiddler’s Creek, a gated upscale community 5 miles from the Naples or Marco Island beaches. The subdivision is home to two luxury golf courses, tennis and preservation areas. At the center of the community is a 54,000 square foot spa and club house that is one of the finest in southwest Florida. The spa is a full service facility that offers massages, facials, waxing and full day packages. You will also find a state of the art fitness center which offers water aerobics, yoga, personal training, spinning as well as weight training.
The Fiddler’s Creek Club and Spa also is home to a multi-pool lagoon with slides and waterfalls. You may also relax in the oversized hot tub at the center of the pool. The resort style pool features towels and sunscreen provided to all guests as well as pool side food and beverage service. You will also find two child friendly pools along with a playground.
The coach home is in the village of Cherry Oaks, one of the many villages in Fiddler’s Creek. Located on a private cul-de-sac.
The home itself is over 3000 square feet of professionally decorated living space. Enjoy the convenience of a private drive and two car garage. The two story foyer is centered around a lovely hard wood staircase that leads to the living area. Once on the second floor you will find a large dining room with seating for 8 along side an open living room that overlooks a wall of glass doors leading to a large, screened lanai.
The gourmet kitchen with eat in area has all of the conveniences of home. From the main living area you can access a private den that features a desk and couch. Whether you’re relaxing with a book or catching up on work this room has it all. The sofa has a pull out bed for your guests and an armoire for storing clothing. From the kitchen and living area you will find the family room that also has access to the private lanai. The screened lanai has a dining table with seating for 8 on one end and lounge chairs for viewing the lovely golf course or breath-taking sunsets.
The master suite has a king size bed with an overstuffed chair for night time reading. There are large glass doors that lead to the lanai for fresh air or taking in the sunset. You will find two large walk in closets as well as a master bathroom that features an oversized shower and bathtub along with two separate sink areas. The largest of the guest rooms has two queen size beds along with a full bath attached. The second guest room has two twin beds and access to a full bathroom. Each bedroom features a television and DVD player. The home also has a laundry room with a washer, dryer and utility sink. There is also a pool in the village of Cherry Oaks that is exclusive to its residents and perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
