Summary: Property is perfectly located somewhat out of town, so it's very calm and peaceful. Cocoa is only 10 mins away and groceries, gas and highways only 5 mins away, giving you quick access to anywhere you need to go. With 5 bedrooms we had plenty of space. Beautiful screened in porch for late nights without the bugs and all the amenities you need for your stay. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, which was a huge help considering I have an autistic 5 yr old who is very energetic and will get into anything and everything. Was very pleased with the hosts ability to help out when we had a problem getting locked out.. (one of my kids flipped the switch on the electric door lock and the code couldn't be entered and required key). Simple accident on our part but was easily fixed and made up for.. (our host grabbed us some stuff from the store free of charge). Only 1 real problem was getting there accurately.. the house is located behind the given address. The owner of the house said it was a problem with the maps and was very helpful pointing us in the right direction. Honestly the best vacation rental I've had, very clean, great property with everything you need for a great vacation. Very pleased and will be staying there again when we head back to cocoa.
