It takes just 30 minutes to reach the sea by car, and it takes less than an hour to the wonderful beaches of the Conero; The journey to the nature reserve of the Sibillini Mountains is hardly longer, perfect for climbing tours or mountain biking.

At the turn of the millennium, the property, which had now fallen into ruin, was very complex and rebuilt according to modern standards. Today we can offer 2 fully equipped and luxuriously furnished apartments, a spacious and well-equipped barbecue area and a spacious sun terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols and of course a great swimming pool!
